Haiti, a country in the Caribbean.

Island’s mountains are rolling.
Throughout the four seasons, the breaking waves are sweet like a melody.
The Pic la Selle point is towering.

Haiti’s a small nation.

But the people are united and aren’t afraid of cyclones.
They defeated the army of Napoléon.
In the Caribbien and Latin America, Haiti became the first independent nation.
 
The king Jean Jacques Dessalines.
He wrote a glorious historic page.
On January, 1st of 1804.
Haitian people had sung a song of triumph.
 
I hope one day when it has a good sunshine.
I will cross the sea to visit Haiti,
Where my frends have to be faced with so many difficult problems.
But their souls are as beautiful as a poem.

 I wish that God will bestow favours and blessings,

For Haitian democratic and freedom.
For the people will cross over all the obstacles.
For they will have life that’s happy and comfortable.

Dân Haiti ca khúc khải hoàn.

Mong ước một ngày trời đẹp nắng

Vượt trùng dương đến thăm Haiti
Bạn hữu vẫn còn nhiều khốn khó
Nhưng hồn cao đẹp tựa vần thi.

 Nguyện cầu Thiên Chúa ban ơn phước

Cho Haiti sớm được tự do
Cho người dân vượt mọi cam go
Có cuộc sống ấm no, hạnh phúc.
